Once everything looks correct, simply save your spreadsheet as a CSV. You can import setup information for the Accounting CS client. You can now open your new Excel file and check that all the data displays correctly.
When the file is in multi-user mode, QuickBooks makes copies of the file so that other users can work with the data, and Accounting CS cannot access the files. making it easy to import data from other sources and use it in Quickbooks.
